By purchasing Chestnut Junction graphics, you agree to the following:
*Chestnut Junction retains all copyrights to each image/file.
*Purchaser may NOT share the downloaded graphic/file/image in any manner whatsoever.
*Graphics may be used in printed format for personal use for scrapbooking, card making, crafts, etc.
Commercial License:
If you wish to purchase a "commercial license" to sell items using Chestnut Junction graphics, we require a one time fee of $29.99. The "commercial license" may be purchased on our website, directly through the shopping cart. Once you have purchased the "commercial license", you will be placed on our commercial license registry.
Commercial Users MAY:
*Resell the graphics in printed form on: stationary, labels, tags, bookmarks, cards, scrapping, etc.
*Graphics may be sold/used on printed product only. (Limited quantities. No mass production for the gift industry. Chestnut Junction retains ALL copyrights to each image.)
Commercial Users MAY NOT:
*Resell the graphics digitally in any manner or format. This includes but is not limited to digital embroidery/machine embroidery, cd's, graphics collections, graphics malls/websites, etc.
*Resell graphics as "digital" scrapping/scrapbooking in any manner or format.
*Purchase graphics to build websites or websets.
*Basic Rules: Graphics may be sold in printed format only. Graphics may NOT be sold in any digital format whatsoever.
Please give credit where credit is due. On any/all online web pages, auctions, Etsy listings, etc. where our graphics are displayed, please state "Original Artwork by Chestnut Junction". If selling packaged products, please state "Original Artwork by Chestnut Junction" on packaging.
